Refund & Cancellation Policy

At We Art Here Studios, every order and creative experience is thoughtfully prepared just for you. Many of our products are handmade, personalized, or created specifically for your event, so our refund and cancellation policies differ from those of traditional retail stores.

Our goal is always to provide an exceptional experience, and if something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

Personalized Products

Because personalized items are custom-made just for you, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

If your order arrives with an error caused by We Art Here Studios (such as an incorrect name, design, or production defect), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly remake the item at no additional cost.

If the personalization information submitted during checkout contains an error (such as an incorrect spelling or date), we are happy to recreate the item at our current replacement pricing.

DIY Kits & Non-Personalized Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and include photos of the item and packaging.

Whenever possible, we will replace the damaged or incorrect item. If a replacement is not possible, we will work with you to find the best solution, which may include a refund or store credit.

Public Workshops

Each workshop seat is reserved specifically for you, and materials are prepared in advance based on registrations.

For this reason, workshop registrations are non-refundable.

If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible.

Whenever possible, we will gladly:

• Transfer your registration to another public workshop if space is available, or

• Prepare your project as a DIY Kit so you can enjoy creating it at home. (Shipping charges may apply if the kit is mailed.)

Guests who do not attend a workshop without prior notice may forfeit their registration.

Private Parties & Hosted Events

Planning a private event requires reserving your date, purchasing supplies, and preparing projects specifically for your guests.

If you need to postpone your event, please contact us as soon as possible. Whenever possible, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your event to another available date.

Deposits and payments are non-refundable, but they may be applied toward a rescheduled event within six (6) months, subject to availability.

Inclement Weather & Emergency Situations

The safety of our guests and our team always comes first.

If severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, power outages, or other emergency circumstances make it unsafe or unreasonable to hold your event, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your party at no additional charge.

Examples may include:

• Snow or ice creating hazardous driving conditions

• Flooding or road closures

• Widespread power outages

• Wildfire smoke or other air quality emergencies

• Government-issued weather advisories or emergency declarations

If weather conditions are uncertain, We Art Here Studios and the event host will work together to determine the safest option for everyone.

Workshop Minimum Attendance

To provide the best possible creative experience, some public workshops require a minimum number of registered guests.

If minimum attendance is not met, We Art Here Studios reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the workshop.

Should this occur, registered guests may choose one of the following options:

• Transfer their registration to another available workshop.
• Receive their project as a DIY Kit to enjoy at home. (Shipping charges may apply if the kit is mailed.)

If a workshop must be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify all registered guests as soon as possible and work with each guest to determine the option that best fits their needs.
